About the job
Are you looking for a meaningful role where you can accompany and support children in their school day? In our supplementary care at Felsberg Primary School, you will find a varied environment, a committed team, and the opportunity to joyfully apply your educational skills.
Your Tasks
- You actively participate in the care team and help create a professional, child-friendly care and support environment.
- Following the principles of "ama terra – fourchette verte," you prepare healthy and balanced meals.
- You are a reliable contact person for children and parents and conduct parent meetings (no evening appointments).
- You maintain contact with teachers, caretakers, and other school professionals.
- You gladly supervise interns.
- You mainly work during school weeks, Monday to Friday, from approximately 10:30 to 18:00.
Your Profile
- You have completed a social pedagogical, socio-cultural, or educational training.
- You are willing to train and support care professionals and social pedagogues.
- You have experience and enjoy accompanying children aged 4 to 7, supporting and fostering them in their daily lives.
- You empathise with the children’s world and confidently manage culturally and age-diverse groups.
- You enjoy preparing small, healthy meals and do so with heart.
- You impress with your empathetic, appreciative, and team-oriented manner and actively contribute to our school life.
- You have experience in administrative and planning tasks.
- You work independently, reliably, and communicate openly, clearly, and transparently.
