What distinguishes Kieser Training from a gym?

The biggest difference lies in the priorities. At Kieser Training, it is not about sports or appearance, but about health.

The training offer is exclusively reduced to what is necessary for strengthening the muscles. Trained instructors and therapists, as well as affiliated physiotherapists or doctors, advise and accompany our customers based on their needs.

We are expanding our team at the Baden/Switzerland location.

Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for:

Instructor for Fitness and MTT (m/f/d) Full-/Part-time (50-100%)

As a fitness instructor, you ensure that our customers achieve their training goals. You accompany them during training, control the training quality, and convey our training method.

You inspire people about the benefits of Kieser Training and work closely with our medical professionals in carrying out Medical Training Therapy (MTT) and health checks.

We expect:

· completed training in the field of (fitness) training and/or therapist

· experience in the field of medical fitness is desirable

· you work customer-oriented, independently, and enjoy working with people

· you have strong communication skills

· you want to constantly develop yourself

· you are an open, flexible, and empathetic personality
