As Technical Sales Support, you are the technical interface between our sales team and our customers. You support the entire sales process with your technical expertise and ensure the optimal integration of our low voltage products for industrial and infrastructure applications.

Your new tasks

• Professional advice and technical support for customers and internal stakeholders for the entire range of our low voltage products
• Technical support of the quotation process in all phases as an integral part
• Analysis of the technical customer configuration for optimal product and solution integration
• Review of technical drawings and installation diagrams
• Close cooperation with product management and sales team

Your talents and experience

• Completed technical training (electrician, automation technician) and/or technical higher education (electrical engineering, energy technology, mechanical engineering)
• Good knowledge of low voltage technology and switching technology
• Experience in technical sales environment or project planning is an advantage
• Strong advisory skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Ability to analyse technical problems and develop solutions
• Very good German skills, good English skills, French or Italian skills are an advantage
