• You can specifically contribute your expertise and experience and actively support us in improving the processes on the ward
• You ensure that patients receive comprehensive, person-centred care even at night and that our quality standards are carefully adhered to
• Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilising the patients and thus to a better quality of life

• You are a qualified healthcare specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• You are interested in psychiatry and ideally have relevant professional experience
• You enjoy multiprofessional collaboration in a dynamic environment
• You treat people with respect, are reflective and resilient, and act in a goal- and patient-oriented manner
