What to expect
- Comprehensive compliance management: You are responsible for the rollout and monitoring of the Holcim Group compliance requirements at Holcim (Switzerland) AG (e.g. Code of Ethics, Fair Competition, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Sanctions) under the overall supervision of the General Counsel CEW.
- Training & culture promotion: You design and conduct target group-specific compliance trainings, promote awareness of compliant behaviour, and strengthen our open-door and speak-up culture.
- Corporate reporting & investigations: You handle compliance reports and manage continuous reporting in close coordination with the global corporate compliance team. You also conduct internal investigations under the direction of the General Counsel CEW.
- Practical legal advice: You independently advise our Swiss business partners on general commercial law issues, contract matters, and operational compliance topics.
- Contract management & risk management: You draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, identify legal and regulatory risks, and develop pragmatic, solution-oriented courses of action.
What you bring
- Solid education: You have successfully completed your university studies in law (Master of Law / Licentiate) and hold a Swiss bar admission; an additional qualification in compliance is a plus.
- Relevant experience: You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in legal & compliance, gained in a law firm or the legal/compliance department of an international corporation.
- Governance expertise: You possess knowledge in implementing compliance management systems (CMS) as well as in core areas such as antitrust law, anti-corruption, and data protection.
- Personality & integrity: You convince with a high degree of integrity, strong assertiveness, analytical thinking, and a pragmatic, advisory working style.
- Language skills: You communicate fluently and confidently in German and English (spoken and written); good French skills are a valued advantage.
