We are looking for an Automotive Technician or Master Technician (m/f/x) for our location in Dresden | Pulsnitz or remote as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS

Technical and factual assessment of maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles on behalf of our customers
Checking and posting of workshop services
Ensuring warranty and goodwill claims and rejecting unnecessary, overpriced services
Communication with car dealerships | workshops and clients
Handling complaints in coordination with the involved car dealerships or workshops

YOUR PROFILE

Training as an automotive master technician or mechatronics technician (m/f/x) or a comparable qualification and professional experience in the automotive industry
MS Office skills
Flexibility and resilience
Quality awareness
Good and confident communication skills
Solution-oriented and reliable working
Team spirit and friendly demeanour
