Job Coach (80-90%)

Your future tasks:

• Coaching young people and adults during training and integration measures
• Application coaching for people with support needs in individual and group settings
• Acquisition of work and training places
• Collaboration with trainers, employers as well as parents and teachers
• Establishing sustainable relationships with clients
• Building and maintaining networks in the general labour market

Our ideal candidate:

• Completed studies in the social field or completed vocational training with further education in coaching/supported employment or similar
• Experience working with people with support needs
• Experience in building and maintaining networks with employers
• Confident appearance, persuasiveness and negotiation skills
• Resilience and flexibility as well as very high social competence
• Good IT user skills and good written expression
