Attached to the Department of Medicine, the Julliard 33 unit is an intermediate care medical unit composed of 10 monitored beds. The service welcomes any patient presenting with multiple medical pathologies with haemodynamic instability requiring close monitoring.
Job Description
You participate in the care of patients within a medicine and cardiology unit by providing hygiene and comfort care.
Under the responsibility of the nurse, you prepare and distribute treatments to patients and transmit and document all necessary information for patient care in the patient record.
You provide care and perform medical-technical acts within the competence of the ASSC and participate in applying health promotion and disease prevention measures.
You support and autonomously and responsibly assist patients in daily living activities.
You participate in managing orders, medication stocks, and consumables.
You work with computer applications, notably DPI and Winrest.
Qualifications
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a care and community health assistant (ASSC), or an equivalent qualification.
You have at least 2 years of experience and skills and knowledge in current care techniques.
You have excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written, and good computer skills.
You are organised and rigorous, dynamic and autonomous within the responsibilities delegated to you. You have ease in human relations and a welcoming attitude.
You have the ability to manage patient flow and different work rhythms while demonstrating rigour and precision.
You have the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and adapt quickly to changes in pace.
