Receptionist 20% - 25% (Annual Working Time)

The town of Illnau-Effretikon - located between Winterthur and Zurich - offers attractive conditions for its approximately 18,000 inhabitants with its rural and urban areas, hamlets, centres, and the historic village of Kyburg.

The Effretikon Sports Centre features modern infrastructure with a spacious outdoor pool, mini-golf course, pump track, and street workout facility for summer use, and two ice rinks for winter use.

To complement our team, we are looking for a starting in October or by arrangement.

• Independent management of the reception, including being the first point of contact for our guests.
• Friendly, competent advice to a diverse clientele (all age groups, individual guests, groups, clubs).
• Sale of admission tickets, subscriptions, sales and rental items.
• Responsible for correct cash management and accounting.
• Assisting guests in emergency situations.
• Maintenance and management of rental items.
• Assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks.

• Have completed vocational training, ideally in retail/specialist trade or in a commercial field.
• Possess proficient PC user skills.
• Have a service-oriented manner and a strong flair for dealing with guests and clubs.
• Have excellent German language skills. Additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Work independently, precisely, and reliably.
• Are willing to work shifts: regular evening, weekend and public holiday shifts as well as temporal flexibility.
• Have completed a first aid course or are motivated to complete one promptly.
