For Senevita Giesserei in Arbon we are looking for the upcoming autumn semester for a
trainee certified nursing specialist HF
in long-term care as well as in the in-house home care service.

• Development by year of training:
  1st year: Lots of guidance, focus on basic care & observation
  2nd year: More independence, first more complex tasks
  3rd year: Almost independent care, taking responsibility for patient groups

• Qualified educational qualification: You have a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), a vocational, specialized or gymnasium maturity certificate, a specialized middle school certificate or an equivalent training certificate.
• Passion for care and teamwork: You enjoy working with elderly people and appreciate constructive exchange and teamwork.
• Responsible action: You are characterized by a high degree of responsibility and reliability in fulfilling your tasks.
• Communication skills: You convince with pronounced communication skills and a cooperative, team-oriented attitude.
• Attentive eye: Thanks to your keen observation skills, you quickly and precisely recognize changes and needs of the residents.
• Resilience: You are both mentally and physically resilient and keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
• Hygiene awareness: A clean, careful way of working as well as a pronounced sense of hygiene standards are a matter of course for you.
• Flexibility: You bring the willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to operational requirements.
• Organizational skills: With your organizational talent, you design the workday efficiently and structured.
• Language skills: You have good German skills in spoken and written form to ensure smooth communication and documentation.
