For our interdisciplinary nursing department with the focus disciplines of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, rheumatology, spinal surgery and internal medicine, we are looking for a Health Specialist (80%) from January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Daily coordination of the department
• Individual nursing support of patients under the responsibility of the qualified nursing staff
• Independent assumption of tasks in administration and logistics
• Housekeeping duties

You bring with you

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• A noticeable identification with the nursing profession and outwardly expressed joy in dealing with people
• A patient-oriented and professional understanding of nursing
• A flair for administrative and organisational tasks of the department
• A pronounced willingness to learn and perform
• The ability to meet the demands and react flexibly even in demanding, work-intensive situations
• The ability and willingness to cooperate in the interdisciplinary team
