As a Technical Caretaker, you are our all-round craftsman for the entire site. If something doesn’t work, you get stuck in yourself: You look for the cause, repair it, and find practical solutions – instead of immediately calling in the next specialist company. Whether it’s a tap, lighting, furniture, or technology in the event room: With your manual skills and technical understanding, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Technical Caretaker 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You independently carry out repairs and minor maintenance work
• You fix technical faults and defects yourself whenever possible
• You take care of our building services and ensure that systems and facilities function properly
• You support events – from setting up tables to installing flat screens and presentation technology
• You undertake general manual work around the building and site
• You recognise when you can tackle a task yourself and when an external specialist company is actually necessary
• You coordinate external craftsmen if needed and supervise their work
• You take on winter and on-call duties if required

What you bring:

• You have a basic manual training, e.g. as an electrician, plumber, carpenter, mechanic, locksmith, or building maintenance specialist
• You are a true practitioner and can carry out many repairs independently
• You bring manual dexterity and a pronounced technical understanding
• You have good PC and IT affinity and are confident in handling electronic devices
• You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented
• You are flexible, straightforward, and pitch in where needed
• You hold a category B driving licence
• You are willing to be on site within 30 minutes as part of the on-call service if required
