Property Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You take full responsibility for managing a portfolio
You develop and control the annual budget
You carry out contract and interest rate changes
You lead and train your employees
Qualifications:
You have a federal diploma in property management or a comparable further qualification
You bring several years of experience in the real estate industry
You have an affinity for technology
You speak German as your mother tongue
