To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Scientific Collaborator in Plasma & Advanced Oxidation Processes.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the scientific and technological development of thearea "Plasma & Advanced Oxidation Technologies"
- Leading existing projects and further developing plasma technology
(VOC & CO2 Splitting, Pyrolysis) - Responsibility for project and financial acquisition (industry & R&D)
- Development, prototyping, and upscaling with the team for integration into
real operations in the industry - Increasing market penetration with our industry partners in the energy &
environment sector - Application of our developments and technologies in Switzerland and the EU in
measurement campaigns - Personnel co-leadership of the existing group
- Teaching and supervision at the bachelor or master level as well as student
workYour qualification
- University degree (Master), ideally with a doctorate, in an engineering or natural science, e.g. materials science, chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, etc. - Knowledge in plasma generation (DBD, Spark, etc.) in the application area
of gas treatment (VOC, oxidation, pyrolysis, etc.) - Experience in project acquisition and management
- High innovation focus with implementation potential
- Negotiation skills in English and German
- Team-oriented, solution-focused, and proactive personality
