To strengthen our team in the E-commerce area, we are looking immediately, at the Basel headquarters location, for a motivated and committed Online Sales Manager (m/f/d), 100%.

Your responsibilities
- You define and promote the business strategy for assigned categories and set clear business and performance goals (sales, margin, inventory, conversion).
- You analyze business results, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and margin optimization.
- You develop the assortment strategy in collaboration with the Head of Category Management and the purchasing teams (brand mix, pricing, lifecycle, and product segmentation).
- You translate strategic goals into actionable plans for category specialists.
- You define and prioritize online activations, retail media campaigns, and promotional plans per category.
- You maintain relationships with key brands and partners (core business, e-consignment) to optimize business conditions and category visibility.
- You monitor the KPIs of the category.

Your profile
- You have a master's degree in E-commerce/business.
- You bring 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce or online category management.
- You have solid knowledge in e-commerce and analysis tools (Excel, BI dashboards, Google Analytics/GA4, merchandising platforms).
- You set priorities correctly, work in a structured way, and are resilient.
- You like to take initiative and feel comfortable in a dynamic, varied environment.
- You have fluent German skills in spoken and written form. English and French skills are an advantage.
