Role:
As a Senior Controller at our ROCKEN partner, you steer central planning processes and create transparency about the financial and operational business development. With sound analyses, business cases and recommendations for action, you support management, the board of directors and departments in their decisions. You are responsible for management reporting as well as group reporting and continuously develop the planning tools and reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
You support management, the board of directors and departments with sound analyses, short-term evaluations and clear recommendations for action.
You evaluate new partnerships, contracts and service offerings based on business cases and profitability calculations.
You coordinate budgeting, forecasts and medium-term planning and check the planning data for plausibility.
You are responsible for the monthly management reporting including variance analyses and deriving appropriate measures.
You link operational key figures with financial results and make the main influencing factors of business development visible.
You reliably ensure group reporting including cash reporting and liquidity forecasts.
You support monthly closings, especially with accruals and reconciliations between companies, and contribute to IFRS topics such as the transition to IFRS 18.
You drive the automation and further development of reporting and planning processes and accompany cross-departmental projects as well as system implementations.
Qualifications:
A completed business degree at a university or university of applied sciences or a Swiss diploma in accounting and controlling forms your professional basis.
You bring at least five years of experience in business controlling or in financial planning and financial analysis.
Sound IFRS knowledge and practical experience in group reporting characterise your profile.
You have excellent Excel skills, including financial modelling, and experience with BI applications and ERP systems.
Your working style is analytical, structured and solution-oriented.
You communicate fluently in German and very well in English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of Abacus, Apliquo or Lucanet is an advantage.
