MARKETING COORDINATOR 80-100%

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support our marketing team in day-to-day business and in implementing various marketing activities. You will coordinate ongoing tasks, contribute to our digital channels, and gradually take on your own smaller projects. In doing so, you will work closely with various internal and external contacts.

What to expect:

• You support our marketing team with administrative and organisational tasks in day-to-day business
• You coordinate marketing measures and smaller projects and accompany their implementation
• You maintain content on our digital channels such as website, social media, and newsletter
• You contribute to campaigns and product launches
• You assist in organising and conducting events, photoshoots, and other marketing activities, on site if necessary
• You create and maintain presentations, overviews, and other marketing materials
• During the first approximately five months, you will take on coordinative and administrative tasks in the areas of sustainability and regulations as part of a maternity cover

What you bring:

• You have completed training in marketing, a commercial apprenticeship, or a comparable basic education
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in marketing, administration, or project coordination
• You have initial experience with digital channels such as CMS, social media, or newsletter tools and enjoy learning new things
• You like to get stuck in and keep an overview even in hectic phases
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner
• You are a team player and enjoy working with different contacts
• You have very good German skills as well as good English skills
• You are proficient in using common office applications
