Our HR Payroll team is responsible for the HCM master data and organisational maintenance as well as the comprehensive handling of payroll administration for the METTLER TOLEDO companies in Switzerland. For our open-minded team, we are looking for a clerk to support several internal clients. You will take full responsibility for the operational payroll administration in several internal payroll circles and accompany the payroll process from entry to exit within your area of responsibility. You maintain employee master data as well as organisational management in LOGA in collaboration with our Shared Service Center and ensure the correct integration of data into SAP and, in future, Workday. You independently carry out payroll processing for various payroll circles with a total of around 650 employees, taking into account the new Workday processes and system requirements. You handle social insurance and pension fund matters including year-end settlements (UVG, KTG, AHV, withholding tax, etc.) and prepare the annual salary certificates. You process sickness and accident daily allowances, maternity insurance as well as EO settlements, considering current regulations and keep an eye on continued salary payments. You prepare monthly reports, e.g. provisions, perform reconciliation work with the financial accounting department and support company-wide projects. You work in an environment with multiple systems and interfaces and contribute to further developing and optimising processes in the course of the Workday implementation. You take on a high level of personal responsibility in your specialist area and at the same time work closely with the team, which supports each other and shares responsibility together.
