As specialists in the placement of skilled and auxiliary personnel in the fields of construction, crafts, technology, and industry, we support our clients in finding the right staff, primarily for temporary assignments. We are looking for a positive and experienced person who loves numbers, facts, and people for our payroll department at the headquarters in Basel.

Payroll Employee 100%

Together with your colleagues, you will take care of the entire payroll accounting for our temporary employees from A to Z.

This includes:

• Regular payroll runs (including accident and daily sickness allowance management)
• Mutations and adjustments in the ERP
• Billing with our social and supplementary insurers
• Contact person for other payroll components such as EO, child allowance
• Preparation and posting of the withholding tax statement
• Support of the financial accounting
• Reconciliation work and assistance with balance sheet tasks

We expect:

• Very good German language skills
• Another national language (FR or IT) is an advantage
• A completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in a comparable position
• Further training in accounting, payroll administration and/or social insurance is an advantage
• Solid MS Office skills
• A responsible, positive and stress-resistant personality
