Type of Work

• Managing a property portfolio, mainly consisting of rental properties (flats)
• Managing a small portfolio consisting of condominium owners' associations
• Conducting flat viewings
• Inspections and handovers of properties
• Conducting rental contract negotiations
• Ensuring proper maintenance
• Accompanying renovations
• Issuing repair orders
• Contact person for owners, neighbours, authorities, etc.

Requirements Profile

• You have completed training in the commercial sector and have several years of professional experience
• The completion of further training as a property manager with a federal diploma would be an advantage
• You are a disciplined, alert and responsible personality
• Ideal age between 25 - 35 years old
