Procap is the largest self-help and membership organisation for people with disabilities in Switzerland and offers advice and services in the areas of barrier-free construction, housing, social insurance law, travel, sport, health, awareness, and education.

For the social insurance advice in the regions of March, Höfe, Einsiedeln, Schwyz, See-Gaster and Glarus, we are looking for a Social Insurance Specialist 80 % to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
• You advise our members with disabilities on social insurance law issues, focusing on IV, EL and BVG.
• You clarify insurance law questions and initiate appropriate measures within the internal administrative procedure (objections/appeals, statements, correspondence with insurers and treating specialists).
• You liaise with the legal department of Procap Switzerland and prepare further measures in close cooperation.
• Occasional participation in specialist events.

Your profile
• You have training as a social insurance specialist with a federal certificate or a diploma in social work with a completed CAS in social insurance law.
• You have experience in advisory work in the social sector.
• You are interested in disability and equality issues as well as the tasks and goals of our organisation.
• You have a confident command of the German language: written and spoken.
• You bring flexibility, resilience, initiative and humour, and enjoy working independently in a small team.
