Your Tasks
- Care and support of our residents
- Care documentation with CareCoach
- Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of care interventions
- Ensuring the flow of information
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Empathy and flair in dealing with residents
- Structured, forward-looking and reliable way of working
- Resilience and enjoyment of teamwork
