Property Administrator with Focus on Construction Projects (50%) What you will achieve

The Property Department manages the city's diverse real estate portfolio as owner representative and property manager. The School Facilities Unit, as one of the three sub-portfolios, is responsible for the municipal school properties (including kindergartens and school sports facilities). Short distances in everyday life, open doors, and networked working characterise us. An open and collegial interaction among each other is in our DNA.

Within the School Facilities Unit, you will mainly work on construction projects. You take responsibility in project management for quality, costs, and deadlines of the assigned projects. You act both as the client representative for smaller projects (project management from A to Z) and as the owner representative for medium-sized projects in all phases of a construction project. Additionally, you take on coordination tasks and work at the interface with other departments. This position combines tasks in project management and participation with internal departmental administrative and secretarial duties. You report directly to the Head of the School Facilities Unit and maintain close communication with them.

What you bring

With a technical or commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in the construction or real estate industry as well as in project management, you bring the best prerequisites for this position. You have experience in project management and perform your tasks conscientiously, reliably, and independently. Thanks to your good comprehension, networked thinking, and structured and efficient working style, you always keep an overview. You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners.
