For our store in Zurich in our WOMEN'S UNIVERSE, we are looking for a fashion-enthusiastic personality from 1 January 2027 who inspires our customers with style, advisory competence, and genuine joy in personal contact.

Your tasks

• Warmly welcome our customers, advise them competently, and retain them long-term – with the aim of creating a personal and unforgettable shopping experience
• Recognise customer needs and recommend suitable looks, products, and services – based on sound knowledge of our collections and current trends
• Actively build and maintain your customer base and contribute to achieving individual and shared sales targets
• Bring your expertise in high-quality prêt-à-porter, especially in the area of formalwear
• Work closely with the team to ensure a professional, high-quality, and consistent service throughout the entire customer journey
• Contribute to an appealing presentation of the sales area and consistently adhere to our house standards, including safety regulations

Your profile

• You have training in sales and/or several years of experience in the upscale fashion or luxury sector.
• You are familiar with formalwear
• You have a strong service and customer orientation and enjoy achieving and exceeding sales targets
• You know how to build a trusting and long-term relationship with a discerning clientele
• You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a good atmosphere with your positive and professional manner
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
