We are strengthening our team! In this role as a Sales Assistant, you have the opportunity to decisively support the sales department at the Zurich office.
Sales Assistant 80 - 100 % (m/f/d)
What you achieve
- You prepare quotations and order confirmations with technical content and ensure professional handling of our customer enquiries.
- You carry out calculations and process amendments to maintenance contracts reliably and on time.
- You create tender-specific documentation and ensure the completeness of the documents.
- You plan large tenders and coordinate the associated internal tasks.
- You support events and marketing activities and actively contribute to the organisation.
- You advise our customers by telephone and handle their concerns competently and service-oriented.
- You plan and coordinate your tasks independently and keep an overview even with multiple projects.
- You maintain, record and update data as well as references and ensure high data quality.
- You ensure compliance with existing processes and guidelines and support their continuous implementation.
- You prepare correspondence and reports and monitor deadlines as well as specific projects.
- With your commitment, you ensure high customer satisfaction and inspire our customers.
What you bring
- Your technical basic training with a Federal VET Diploma provides the ideal foundation.
- A completed further education as a SES/VKF specialist or a comparable qualification rounds off your profile.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an additional plus.
- Experience in the security industry is a valuable advantage.
- You work independently, think proactively and convince with a reliable working style that our customers can rely on.
