Allrounder Café & Bar (m/f/d)

We rely on flexible team members who can work hourly on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and enjoy working in a 7-day operation. You are also willing to take on additional shifts if needed.
After a thorough training period, you will be able to actively support our operation according to the schedule.

• Professional and attentive care of our guests in the bar and lounge area
• Competent advice on our beverage selection and snack offerings
• Preparation of cocktails, drinks, and snacks
• Ensuring smooth service
• Compliance with our high quality standards, applicable hygiene (HACCP), and occupational safety regulations
• Handling cash register transactions and service billing
• Targeted preparation (mise-en-place) and sensible follow-up of daily workflows
• General tasks such as restocking, tidying up, and cleaning the work area

• Experience in gastronomy, preferably in service or bar area
• Passion for excellent service and hospitality
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as we pamper our guests 7 days a week
• With your open and friendly manner, you inspire our guests and convince them with your recommendations again and again
• Flexibility and team spirit – because cohesion counts with us
• We can count on you and your independent and service-oriented way of working
• You remain calm and act proactively even in hectic situations
• Good manners and a neat appearance are a matter of course for you
• Good German skills, English and other language skills are an advantage
