About the job
We are looking for an additional team member from January 2026 to strengthen our team
Tasks
- Ensuring the secretarial operations within the Center for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy inpatient
- Main responsibility for the assigned ward (contact person for internal/external offices)
- Processing legal correspondence in cooperation with the legal department
- Correction and formatting of medical reports in the KIS (Clinical Information System Orbis)
- Handling administrative tasks (maintaining patient/reminder lists, scanning correspondence into the KIS) etc.
- Handling correspondence independently and on instruction (general letters, discharge reports, progress entries, email correspondence, correspondence with insurers)
- Communication with various interfaces
Profile
- Completed training in the medical field and/or further training as a medical secretary
- Good knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent knowledge of the German language (spelling, punctuation)
- Good communication skills in spoken and written form to interact effectively with patients and the medical team, high social competence
Enjoyment of teamwork
Forward-looking, proactive, communicative and thoughtful personality with a "Can Do" mentality
