Technical Consultant (80 - 100 %)

Are you technically inclined and looking for a varied role with plenty of customer contact? Do challenging consultations, innovative system solutions, and renewable energies excite you? In our competent and collegial team, you support our specialist partners and sales consultants with your technical know-how and make an important contribution to our shared success.

Your area of responsibility

• Your main task is advising our specialist partners (installers, architects, and planners) on technical issues
• You provide professional support to our technical sales consultants in the field
• The design and system planning of our products are your responsibility
• You develop and offer customer-specific system solutions
• Close cooperation with sales administration to ensure correct quotation and order processing
• You maintain ongoing close contact with our product management

What you bring with you

• You have a technical basic education in the HVAC(S) sector with further education at a university of applied sciences or as a technician HF in building technology
• Your technical understanding and knowledge are highly developed
• Good IT and MS Office skills as well as confident German language skills
• You are innovative, communicative, and enjoy sharing your expertise
• You enjoy customer contact and convince with your strong service and solution orientation
