Your tasks:
You shape the future of collaboration between humans and AI, scientifically based and practice-oriented:
- You conduct application-oriented research on psychological aspects of AI transformation in organisations
- You acquire corporate partners for new research projects and contribute to the preparation of funding applications
- You are responsible for handling application-oriented research projects and work closely with practice partners
- You participate in teaching and further education, e.g. in the CAS "Sustainable Organisation: Innovation and AI Transformation Psychologically Effective, Leading"
- You translate scientific findings into practical formats and communicate them clearly externally
Your profile:
You combine scientific expertise with entrepreneurial thinking:
- Completed Bachelor in Psychology with very good grades, ongoing Master’s degree related to Applied Psychology preferred
- Professional experience outside the university, preferably in management consulting or a start-up
- Solid knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies, especially AI
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in building new research offerings sustainably
