- Responsible for agency performance statistics (centralising reports, preparing reports and ad hoc analysis, answering questions about reporting systems, providing training on reporting tools in agencies)
- Preparing contracts for employees and distribution intermediaries
- Responding to commission-related questions from the external service
- Occasional preparation of financial analyses of sales points
- Handling assignments from General Management (salary calculations, processing lists)
- Supporting the Major Accounts department in managing insurance offers for public markets and preparing offers for clients, as well as various administrative tasks
- Managing various distribution requests
- Supporting agencies in portfolio management (client transfers)
- Occasional support in organising meetings and events for SE SRO Distribution Managers
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- Commercial employee CFC, or Executive Assistant Certificate, or HES/University Bachelor
- Excellent command of French and ideally good knowledge of German
- Excellent knowledge of common IT tools, especially Excel
- Professional experience in a similar position is a plus, ideally in the insurance sector
- AFA All Branches or Non-Life certification is a plus
- Orderliness, rigour and a keen sense of organisation
- Willingness to develop your environment and constantly seek improvements
- Ability to analyse problems and determine measures to be taken
- Strong learning ability, autonomy, and a cooperative approach
- Reliability and flexibility in the face of change
