Customer Advisor: Private Clients Affluent

Our 9-member team is responsible for the individual advice and support of affluent private clients in the Dielsdorf region. We form a strong branch in the Winterthur-Unterland-Limmattal market area.

• Supporting and developing existing affluent private clients
• Acquiring new clients in the catchment area
• Exploring customer needs including individual wishes, goals, and life situations – if necessary in collaboration with internal specialists
• Selling standardised products and services in the areas of investments, real estate financing, pensions, and payment transactions
• Handling all front-related administrative tasks
• Realising long-term trust building and asset preservation during generational change
• Undertaking demanding representation tasks in the spirit of "the nearby bank" and participating in customer events
• Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist role in financing, investing, or pensions

• Completed banking qualification or equivalent education
• Further training e.g. HFBF / FA Financial Planner / Bachelor in Banking & Finance
• Several years of experience in personal support of affluent private clients
• Team spirit and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ambitious team growth targets
• Affinity and enjoyment in using digital technologies in the advisory process
• You score with your trustworthy, communicative, and empathetic manner
• Your acquisition-strong personality with a pronounced sales flair rounds off your profile
