You take on daily responsibility and ensure optimal advice, treatment, and care for our clients in their homes. You assess the need for interRAI HC, carry out medically prescribed measures, advise relatives, and document the care process. You review care goals and continuously adapt the measures to the changing conditions.

You are an initiative-taking professional accustomed to working independently and gladly take on responsibility. You enjoy your profession and interacting with people.

You have the appropriate professional diploma, work experience, as well as high professional and social competence. You hold a category B driving licence and, if possible, your own car.
