About the job
At Villa Blau, children from 3 months up to secondary school are cared for and supported in their daily lives. We offer 70 day places in 3 nursery groups and 2 after-school care groups, as well as a lunch service.
From October or by arrangement, we are looking for a Childcare Specialist 100% for a nursery group with 10 places for children from 3 months until entry into kindergarten.
You bring:
• A qualification as a Childcare Specialist or Childhood Educator HF
• Joy in working with children and the willingness to face diverse and exciting educational challenges in everyday life
• A responsible and professional approach to work
• Humour, motivation and flexibility to enrich our large and open team
Your responsibilities include:
• Building a personal relationship with the children
• Mindful and developmentally appropriate support of the children in daily care
• Planning and conducting various activities with the children
• Supporting the group leader in daily work
• Daily communication with parents
