We are looking for an engaged co-educator for a mixed-age group at our location ALFRED-ESCHER and BELLERIVESTRASSE.

What are your tasks?

• Pedagogical support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Co-designing an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
• Support in the developmental documentation of the children based on portfolios
• Co-designing an educational partnership with the families
• Co-designing excursions and parent activities
• Active participation in team meetings
• Co-creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed training as FABE, educator or comparable social pedagogical qualifications
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
