Your profile

• Completed studies in social work, social pedagogy, or socio-cultural animation (FH or HF)
• Completed professional training in school social work is an advantage
• Professional experience in the school environment, parent work, or child and youth work is an advantage
• Knowledge in counseling and conducting conversations
• Skills in solution-oriented individual counseling with children and adults as well as in accompanying group-specific processes
• Empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness
• Ability to work independently
• Teamwork skills
• You are resilient, balanced, proactive, and appreciate networked collaboration.

About us

The Au school unit is a medium-sized school with about 330 students. We are a team of about 50 people and we enjoy working closely with the care team. Mutual support is important to us and every team member is warmly welcomed. We are currently dealing with the new authority and topics such as presence, networking, and support. Humor and sociability are also very important to us.
