To strengthen our team at the Schlieren location, we are looking for a Product Manager Services & Systems.

Product Manager Services & Systems, 100% (m/f)

Your tasks include, among others, the management of systems and applications in After Sales:

• Coordination / administration of systems and applications in After Sales for MB Truck, in close cooperation with the relevant departments (Technical, IT, Retail, ...)
• Contact person towards the headquarters for the After Sales systems and ensuring the necessary communication with Retail and independent workshops
• Ensuring consistent data quality and updating the corresponding systems
• Accompanying the introduction of new systems/applications

Additionally, you will work on the further development of the strategic orientation of Product Management CSP Services with:

• Further development of support and control concepts for Retail
• Support in the areas of maintenance contracts, breakdown service administration, and digital services

You bring with you:

• Commercial training, preferably with further business management education
• Analytical, interconnected, and solution-oriented thinking and working style
• Good Excel skills and a strong affinity for numbers, analyses, and IT systems
• Experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle industry or in the After Sales sector is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
