Living - Care | Sursee | 50% - 80% | from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Accompanying people of different ages with cognitive and psychological disabilities
- Case-leading, systemic and interdisciplinary process responsibility
- Strengthening the self-determination and independence of the residents
- Practical guidance of FaBe trainees
- Willingness for on-call, evening and weekend duties
Your profile
- Completed training as a Care Specialist (FaBe) or in a comparable field
- Trainer or willingness to complete the course
- Open, innovative and humorous personality
- Transparent and solution-oriented working style
- Independence and enjoyment in taking responsibility
