Public Transport Agent Apprenticeship - CFC
Your mission
By becoming a public transport agent apprentice, you will be led to work in several units necessary for the operation and development of our network.
Your activities
- participate in managing network disruptions following accidents, demonstrations or other events and inform customers accordingly,
- plan driving personnel while respecting legal constraints,
- ensure passenger information, whether planned or live,
- participate in the development of transport offers according to the requirements of various stakeholders (Cantonal Transport Office, Canton of Geneva, municipalities, etc.),
- collect, process and analyze operational data and deduce improvement measures.
Your profile
- completed compulsory schooling,
- a strong interest in the world of transport and human contact,
- good knowledge of the Canton of Geneva and its transport network,
- a logical and methodical mind,
- a good foundation in German,
- ability to adapt to irregular hours,
- good stress management.
