Public Transport Agent Apprenticeship - CFC

Your mission

By becoming a public transport agent apprentice, you will be led to work in several units necessary for the operation and development of our network.

Your activities

• participate in managing network disruptions following accidents, demonstrations or other events and inform customers accordingly,
• plan driving personnel while respecting legal constraints,
• ensure passenger information, whether planned or live,
• participate in the development of transport offers according to the requirements of various stakeholders (Cantonal Transport Office, Canton of Geneva, municipalities, etc.),
• collect, process and analyze operational data and deduce improvement measures.

Your profile

• completed compulsory schooling,
• a strong interest in the world of transport and human contact,
• good knowledge of the Canton of Geneva and its transport network,
• a logical and methodical mind,
• a good foundation in German,
• ability to adapt to irregular hours,
• good stress management.
