For our group practice at the Bärau location (home medical practice in the lifestyle), we are looking for a committed, thoughtful individual who structures the daily practice routine, focuses on patients, and contributes as part of a team.

We are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant (a) 40–60% to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

You are in the thick of things and keep everything running smoothly:

• You organise and triage the consultation hours and ensure a seamless process
• You are the first point of contact at reception and on the phone: friendly, clear, and solution-oriented
• You professionally care for patients, e.g. ECG, vital signs, blood sampling, injections, and infusions
• You prepare billing and reliably take on administrative tasks
• You actively contribute when we develop processes and projects further to improve the practice

Your profile – professionally skilled and personally convincing

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• You enjoy working in a team and take responsibility in daily routines
• You are organised, digitally proficient, and good at billing
• You remain calm, friendly, and professional even in busy moments
• A sense of humour and down-to-earth attitude suit us well
