Health Specialist (60-100 %)

Your tasks:
- You care for and accompany our residents with empathy and a person-centred approach.
- You take daily responsibility on the ward and ensure smooth operations.
- You coordinate collaboration with general practitioners and external service providers and promote constructive exchange.
- You accompany our residents in their final phase of life and support their relatives with empathy and appreciation.
- You assess care needs according to operational guidelines and ensure careful documentation as well as professional communication.
- You take on logistical and administrative tasks, contributing to optimal organisation of daily care routines.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in geriatric long-term care (additional training in kinaesthetics, validation, basal stimulation is an advantage)
- Good oral and written German skills and understanding of Swiss German
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Precise, independent and organised working style
- Willingness to instruct and support trainees and interns
- High affinity for using modern media and tools
