We are looking for a committed and dynamic individual to drive the digital transformation in the energy sector together with us. In this exciting role, you act as a catalyst for innovative ideas: you identify new technologies, assess their benefits for our daily work, and lead and support pilot projects for the best ideas.
Tasks & Responsibilities
You scout technologies and trends and quantify their benefits for the high-voltage grid.
You develop use cases with the specialist departments, articulate the added value, and specify the requirements.
You support the implementation of the Division Grid's digitalisation strategy and develop your own project ideas for this purpose.
You lead digitalisation and innovation projects, from commissioning software development (in the case of new applications) to commissioning.
You manage robot and automation projects in the field together with operations.
You collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. universities, start-ups).
Profile & Requirements
Completed studies in engineering sciences or physics or a comparable qualification.
At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in digitalisation and innovation.
Knowledge of the energy sector and interest in new technological developments.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and team orientation.
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
About the Team
The responsibility for digitalisation & innovation of the Division Grids lies, together with technical and financial planning as well as asset analysis, within the Strategic Asset Management of the Division Distribution (Grids). We work and think interdisciplinarily and offer you a challenging and varied role in a dynamic environment. If you want to be at the forefront of the digital transformation in the energy sector, contribute your own ideas, and love implementing innovative projects, we look forward to your application.
