Uroviva represents a modernly managed medical network and includes a specialist clinic for urology, nine urological practices as well as an andrology centre. With around 55,000 consultations annually in primary, specialised and emergency care and over 5,000 operations of all degrees of severity, Uroviva is a significant provider of urological services in Switzerland.

• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Analysis of business development, profitability and performance indicators
• Management of REKOLE reporting and health controlling
• Advising and supporting management on financial matters
• Preparation of management and administrative reports
• Participation in strategic projects, acquisitions and growth initiatives
• Further development of management reporting from Power BI solutions

• Completed studies (FH/University) in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling
• Several years of experience in finance business partnering or controlling
• Experience in healthcare and knowledge of REKOLE advantageous
• Confident handling of VI and reporting tools, ideally BI
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to derive concrete recommendations for action from figures
• Communicative personality with entrepreneurial thinking and high advisory competence
• Good English skills
