Your tasks at a glance:

• Programming and operation of our modern 3D measuring machines (optical & tactile) as well as computed tomography scanners
• Performing precise measurements and creating first article inspection reports (FAIR)
• Development of intelligent measurement concepts and close collaboration with customers and internal teams
• Measurement system analyses as well as creation and maintenance of test plans and QA documentation
• Active participation in quality improvement, including handling deviations (8D reports)
• Organisation and management of our inspection equipment inventory
• Quality assurance during ongoing series production

What you bring:

• Experience in metrology and quality assurance, ideally in the automotive industry
• Practical experience in programming coordinate measuring machines – with software knowledge such as PC-DMIS and WinWerth
• Completed technical basic training (e.g. plastics technologist, polymechanic or similar)
• Very good German skills (at least C1) – additional languages and English skills are a plus
• Technical understanding, an eye for detail and a strong quality awareness
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Good IT skills
