What awaits you Personal and technical management of your team Initial and ongoing training of your team members Defining and implementing sales targets in consultation with the General Agent Planning and carrying out market prospecting measures Monitoring and developing your own client portfolio Placement of other AXA products (finance and pensions, health services) Performing administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools What you bring You have already held a Team Leader position or wish to become one thanks to your natural leadership and years of experience in insurance Training, support and continuous development of your colleagues’ skills are key success factors in your team management practice You have training and in-depth knowledge in all branches of insurance You master French orally and in writing, speak and write English fluently, other languages are an advantage You can assert yourself through your communication strength and negotiation skills You are service- and client-oriented and always seek the right solutions by adapting to any situation You work independently and spontaneously focus on objectives You reside in the relevant activity area, have a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in the region What we offer We create framework conditions that give you the opportunity to flourish and fully exploit your potential.
