Business Consultant (m/f/d)Location: Zurich
Workload: 80-100%, home office possible
Start date: Immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks
- Creation of facility management concepts for clients
- Preparation, coordination and presentation of offers and concepts (integral mandates)
- Conducting sales discussions through to conclusion including contract negotiations
- Calculation of FM services
- Coordination of project participants (calculation cleaning / purchasing / operations)
- Professional management of assigned projects
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role as well as experience in project work
- University degree in Facility Management (Bachelor of Science), Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical skills and communication ability as well as leadership competence in cross-departmental projects
- High customer orientation and the ability to enthuse clients about our solutions as well as entrepreneurial and innovative thinking
- Strong willingness to collaborate beyond the team with a view to overall success
- Very good MS Office skills (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills), CAFM experience an advantage
- Fluent German in speech and writing, business fluent English, additional language skills an advantage
