Digital Printing Specialist and AVOR with Educational Tasks
Lettershop - Print Centre | Lucerne | 80% - 100% | from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Accompanying, guiding, promoting and supporting employees with psychological and/or cognitive impairments at the sheltered workplace as well as in vocational integration programmes
- Taking over the responsibility as a key contact person for the assigned employees
- Direct customer contact as well as coordination and organisation of orders
- Independent handling of the entire production process – from calculation through prepress (simple layout creation including personalisation) to digital printing and finishing
- Execution of internal and external orders in cooperation with our employees while adhering to quality and deadline requirements
Your profile
- Experience in graphic production (e.g. AVOR, prepress, printing technology, media technology or print media processing)
- Further training as a work educator or comparable qualification advantageous
- Knowledge in calculation, prepress and digital printing; experience in finishing advantageous
- Confident handling of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat; knowledge of FlexMail and Fiery Command WorkStation advantageous
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Enjoyment in working with people with disabilities
- Structured and independent working style as well as an open, humorous and team-oriented personality with high flexibility and willingness to change
