Project Manager Planning Ventilation/Climate (m/f/d)

- You take on the planning and management of projects in the field of ventilation and air conditioning, from concept development to final execution.
- You develop technical solutions for ventilation and air conditioning systems that meet the requirements of the industrial and service sectors.
- You coordinate the planning and implementation of projects, including the creation of technical concepts, specifications, and tender documents.
- You work closely with architects, clients, and other specialist planners to develop customised solutions and achieve project goals.
- You monitor compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards and conduct regular status checks.
- You perform technical calculations and simulations and optimise planning based on the results.
- You ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and safety standards in the field of ventilation and climate.
Qualifications:
- You have completed a technical education, ideally as a building services planner specialising in ventilation or a comparable vocational training.
- You have further training as a technician TS or a university of applied sciences engineering degree specialising in ventilation or a comparable qualification.
- You bring extensive experience in planning and executing ventilation and air conditioning projects in the industrial and service sectors.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and are capable of efficiently managing complex technical projects.
- You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team to develop and implement technical solutions.
- You have a good technical understanding of ventilation and air conditioning systems as well as the relevant standards and regulations.
- You are confident in using planning and project management software and can implement technical concepts precisely.
