The Etzel Retirement Home, beautifully situated in Feusisberg with views over Lake Zurich, is the home for the residents of our 28 retirement apartments and 70 care places. Creative Everyday Designer: Activation & Care Staff (60–80%)

Your area of responsibility

🎨 Creative minds: You plan, organise and conduct varied individual and group activities (e.g. creative crafting, cooking, singing, exercise or memory training).
☀️ Awakening joy of life: You lovingly motivate our residents to actively participate and accompany them sensitively and patiently in their daily lives.
🎉 Event management: You actively support the planning and execution of internal events, celebrations and excursions.
🤝 Interdisciplinary exchange: You work closely and on equal footing with the care team and other departments to ensure holistic well-being.
💻 Visible successes: You carefully document the activities carried out and your observations in our electronic care documentation.

What you bring with you

🎓 Qualification: A completed training in activation (e.g. Activation Specialist HF), care (e.g. Care Specialist EFZ) or a comparable qualification.
❤️ Passion: Great joy in working with elderly, care-dependent people as well as a large dose of empathy, respect and patience.
💡Creativity: You are creative, proactive and like to bring new, fresh ideas for modern everyday design.
💪 Drive: A responsible, structured and very independent way of working.
🤝 Team spirit: Genuine team spirit and an open, positive attitude.
🗣️ Communication: You are a real communication talent, understand Swiss German effortlessly and communicate confidently in German.
