For over 35 years, GSW Treuhand AG in Solothurn has been reliably there for its clients and has nevertheless never stood still. As a (Junior) Mandate Manager, you will manage your own client portfolio, work with modern software and your own AI server, and receive professional and time support in your development.
Tasks:
Advising and supporting clients (natural and legal persons) from various industries
Managing financial accounting and preparing quarterly and annual financial statements
Preparing VAT returns
Managing payroll accounting and personnel administration
Completing tax returns for natural and legal persons
Conducting limited audits for SMEs and non-profit organisations
Supporting, accompanying and professionally promoting our administrative staff
Profile:
* Completed or ongoing training in the fiduciary sector, e.g. fiduciary specialist certificate, finance and accounting specialist certificate, Bachelor in Business Economics FH or certified fiduciary expert (legally regulated, therefore mandatory completed or in training)
* Preferably several years of professional experience in the fiduciary or auditing sector
* Good MS Office skills
* Very good German language skills
* Independent, efficient and precise working style, responsible and discreet
* Service-oriented, flexible and a team player
