Polymechanic CNC Cylindrical Grinding Precision Manufacturing
Activities
- Set up, program and operate CNC and conventional cylindrical grinding machines
- Perform precision grinding of carbide, steel and special materials
- Manufacture individual parts, prototypes and small series based on technical drawings
- Carry out quality controls of dimensions, shape and surfaces using modern measuring instruments
- Optimise grinding processes in terms of quality, productivity and tool life
Requirements
- Completed technical training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or equivalent
- Ideally experience in cylindrical grinding, preferably with carbide
- Good skills in reading technical drawings and manufacturing documents
- Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment
- Independent, precise and quality-oriented working method
